Daphnee McMaster
I’m Daphnee McMaster, and I specialize in creating digital content that tells a story and drives measurable results. As a creative strategist and storyteller, I’ve worked on a diverse range of projects across industries. From producing and hosting The Peas in the Podcast, where I led engaging discussions on culture, to crafting a campaign video for United Way of Lancaster County’s 100th Anniversary, my focus is always on delivering content that resonates and leaves an impact.
Beyond the nonprofit and digital content space, I’ve managed high-profile events in the entertainment industry. As a Project Manager at TAIT, I worked behind the scenes to ensure the flawless execution of large-scale events. My experience includes Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band’s World Tour, Zach Bryan’s “Burn Burn Burn” tour, and Swedish House Mafia’s “Paradise Again” World Tour, where I led project management and collaborated with creative teams to deliver unforgettable experiences.
Whether I’m creating a pitch deck for my upcoming podcast, The Brew, producing buzzworthy social campaigns, or directing “Poor Clare” at Susquehanna Stage Co., I bring a commitment to excellence to everything I do. My skill set spans content creation, campaign strategy, and event management, and I am always pushing the limits of creativity to deliver results that matter.
With a strategic mindset and an eye for detail, I create work that stands out and delivers results that last.
